Lasagna in a Crockpot
1 pound wide egg noodles
2 pounds small curd cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
64 ounces extra meaty (or cook and add 1 pound hamburger and 1 pound sazitza) spaghetti sauce
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ounces frozen creamed spinach
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Cook noodles following package directions; drain.
Mix together cottage cheese and spinach.
Put spaghetti sauce in crockpot on low.
Add spinach and cottage cheese mixture.
Simmer until very hot
1 hour before serving, add noodles and shredded cheese.
