Beef Brisket

Brisket

1 can beef broth

1/2 can red wine

2-3 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 onion thinly sliced

BBQ Sauce


Sprinkle brisket with pepper and meat tenderizer.

Grill brisket on both sides until brown.

Place brisket in roasting pan.

Add beef broth, wine, garlic and onion.

Bake brisket (uncovered) for 4 1/2 hours.

During the last 45 minutes, add 1/2 can of your favorite BBQ sauce.
