Strawberry Smoothie (aka Dangerously Red)
Yield: 4 servings
1 cup lowfat strawberry yogurt
½ cup cranberry juice
1½ cups strawberries, frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
ice cubes (optional)
Combine yogurt and cranberry juice in the blender. Add the strawberries and raspberries; blend until smooth.
