Confetti Bites

16 oz. low-fat cream cheese

3 Tbsp light mayonnaise

½ tsp basil leaves

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ cup green onion, finely chopped

½ cup broccoli, finely chopped

½ cup carrots, finely chopped

½ cup tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped

2 cans crescent roll dough

2 Tbsp Salad Supreme - This is a spice mix


Preheat the oven to 350°F and move the rack to the middle of the oven. Press dough into a cookie sheet, making sure all seams are sealed. Bake the dough in a 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and allow it to completely cool.

While the crust is cooling. Prepare the vegetables by rinsing under cold running water, then chop into uniform, small pieces. Place each vegetable into a separate bowl until you are ready to assemble the confetti bites.

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, basil and garlic powder. Spread over cooled crust. Top with the fresh vegetables. Sprinkle generously with Salad Supreme.

Refrigerate till ready to serve. Cut into 24 small squares and serve.

Spread cheese mixture on top of grilled bread.

Spoon on tomato/avacado mixture.
