Homemade Balsamic Viniagrette
1½ cups balsamic vinegar
1 bottle fat-free Italian dressing
Pour the balsamic vinegar into a heavy saucepan and place over high heat. Bring the vinegar to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer the vinegar until it is reduced to half the original volume. Remove from the heat and cool. Combine the reduced balsamic vinegar and fat-free Italian dressing in a large jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake to blend. Stire in the refrigerator until ready to use.
