Chocolate Chip Cheescake

4 8-ounce cream cheese (soften at room temperature)

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 eggs

Graham Cracker Crust for 9 - 10 inch spring form pan (bottom & sides)

1 cup mini chocolate chips


Make pie crust and press into spring form pan.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips.

Pour into crust.

Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Refrigerate overnight.

Variations: Use 1 cup canned pumpkin and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice.

OR

Use 2 Tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel.

OR

Use Heath Bar Candies.

OR

Use Blueberries.

OR

Leave regular cheese cake and use any pie filling on top.
