Strawberry Daiquiris

Two 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries in syrup, partially thawed

1/2 cup light rum

1/3 cup lime juice

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 cups ice cubes

Strawberries for garnish, optional

In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice and garnish.

Blend well.

Gradually add ice, blending until smooth.

Garnish with strawberries if desired.

Makes about 1 quart.
