Crab-Cheese Puffs

1 can crab meat

2 Tablespoosns mayonnaise

1/2 cup butter (softened)

1 jar Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Dash Lowrey's Salt

1 package English muffins (6)


Whip together first 6 ingredents and spread generously over halves of muffins.

Cut each half in fourths (put them in the freezer for a short time and they are easier to cut).

Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 dozen puffs.

May be frozen for later use, takes a little longer to bake if frozen.
