Bruschetta

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons balsmic or white wine vinegar

10 ounce box quartered grape tomatoes or 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes

1 avacado, pealed, pitted and diced

1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons slivered fresh basil

4 ounces chevre cheese

4 ounces cream cheese

1 loaf french bread


Combine oil, vinegar and salt

Add tomatoes, avacado, garlic and basil.

Mix cheeses.

Slice bread, spread with olive oil and grill.

Spread cheese mixture on top of grilled bread.

Spoon on tomato/avacado mixture.
